MQCfest presents Queer History Live. Comedy is a form of artistic expression, and Atlanta’s funniest LGBT comics are bringing their unique perspective to the forefront. Each comic’s set highlights a subject in Queer History, followed by an audience Q&A. Show some pride, laugh and learn with your neighbors. Doors 6 Show 6:30 Free to attend, but donations accepted. Line Up: Ava Smartt Anddy Egan-Thorpe Joe Esch Lee Brophy Kim Wilson Ky Krebs Host Ian Aber MQCF is a 5 night comedy festival featuring comedians from across the nation and Canada. The goal of the festival is to expose queer voices to new and varied audiences. Derby City has a rich diversity, and a warm and inviting community, and is ranked in the top 20 cities with a gay population. The festival will also be raising money for local LGBT+ Charities and community organizations.including the The LGBT Center at University of Louisville, Louisville Youth Group, and Kentucky Health Justice Network 's Trans Health Advocacy Program.
